Thank you. there is one stall at maxwell, with some michelin sign. It was quite good, especially with chilli. the cosy suzy or something like that at bukit timah plaza was just so so to me. I also heard that they have to take care of their grandchildren during the weekdays, leaving them available to operate the store on weekends. I recall their egg ingredients were fried into golden threads, with bits of beancurd and the crispy flour(?) bits. Brings back so much childhood memories of the snack.
