Answer: Wherher a person is Virgin or No Longer Virgin, he or she should keep Active !!!!

Grit Strength classes. 30min HIIT strength workout that makes BodyPump looks easy. Price is a lil bit more upscale than FF.

Anyone here knows if Virgin Active provides steam and sauna facilities? I understand they do have jacuzzis too , is it unisex jacuzzi pool ? Thks

Yes they do. Both male and female have their own sauna steam room and that experimental experience haha 

 

Jacuzzi is more to the new ones. Not sure about unisex.

Raffles Place and Tanjong Pagar branch are the bigger club. Marina One is the one with the indoor pool and hydro pool. U can check them out.

Decided to ditch Safra for Virgin Active and I'm loving it so far. I've been comfortable with their classes- esp spin class and equipment, so it was an easy choice for me. Happy to recommend some classes—I've tried almost everything from "I didn't know I had muscles there" to "why is my soul sweating?" 😅

Joining together sounds fab, but it kinda depends on the stars aligning (aka our schedules). There is a Booking Buddies feature in the app though—lets friends peek at each other's class bookings, allowin coordination 2 be done without using psychic powers

I'm with VA too, but it's getting a bit overcrowded! Classes wise, cycle burn if you're looking to burn some fats, or Les Mills The Trip if you're looking to spin at your own leisurely pace and intensity. 

 

I've been wanting to try reformer pilates and restart bodypump!
