Was there a few days ago and while lying face up; I noticed there were handbars hanging down from ceiling. So I asked Michael if he used that to stand on customer’s back. He said yes and I requested to have it. The feeling was so good and it released all the tightness. Give it a try when you’re there next time.

Got a shock initially when I felt that Michael is stepping on my back. First time experience massage this way, but it's actually quite ok, as the weight is just right. Guess with his experience, he knows how to make use of the handbars to exert the appropriate weight. Anyway, it's more of first few minutes. Interesting experience.

 

Michael is indeed a friendly person. His massage is firm, and as mentioned by others, the use of hot stones is very nice! A very wonderful and mind blowing experience.

After reading all the raving reviews about Michael in here, i decided to give him a try last night.  And Michael did not disappoint.

 

Booking was fuss free and very prompt despite me only giving a 1.5 hours notice. Thanks Michael for being accommodating. Location was easy on Purvis Street and check in was straightforward unlike some other straight shops' receptionist giving you odd stares. Massage room was clean and tidy and came with attached shower for added privacy.

 

Started with a body scrub which was so different from all the many scrubs i had so far, was intense and a lot of 'dirt or so called dead skin' crumbled up all over my body.

 

Massage proper began with Michael stepping and sliding all over my back and bum and thighs. Very shiok! Michael combined different massage techniques including hot stones therapy and his strokes were on point and very confident. Could tell that he had had many years of experience. 

 

And he checked every now and then if the pressure was ok; and icing on the cake .... he lathered me up all over to remove the oil before i took a shower. 

 

So Kudos to Michael and thank you other reviewers for the recommendation so i did not miss a good therapist !

As always, I booked last minute and Jason was kind enough to accommodate me. Recently visited Michael, he just back from his hometown. But, seem like he a bit upset, as he mentioned that everytime he go home and back to work, his customers will getting lesser. 
 

His massage skills are quite good, based on my preference. And body scrub as well.

This was my second visit with Michael. I was supposed to try his body scrub together with a massage, but unfortunately I arrived late and only had time for a 60-minute massage. I felt really bad because it was entirely my fault, and he even had to cancel one of his other clients.

 

Despite the rough start, Michael remained professional and delivered another outstanding massage. His technique is exceptional. He even used the overhead stretching bar to help crack and relieve my stiff back, which felt amazing. He also added hot stones that made the whole experience even more relaxing. As a kind gesture, he gave me a quick body scrub at the end of the session.

 

Thank you, Michael, for your understanding and excellent service. I'll definitely be back, and next time I promise I won't be late!

Be warned, not all places let you off with impunity. There is a certain popular establishment, which I will not name, where the clock starts ticking at your appointed time and if you come half an hour late for a 90 min session and do only 60 min, you will still be charged for the FULL 90 min. At other places, 90 min is often too long and laborious, so the masseur will disappear midway for a 20 min smoke or let you out 20 min before the end of session without batting an eye. If you protest loudly at how egregious it seems, they will tell it is no less egregious than customers who arrived blithely for their sessions late.

 

Thank goodness, Blossom Spa is an accommodating place!

When I was at Blossom last month, Michael told me business was slow. Rental is a big consumer of profits; it would be a shame and great loss if Blossoms go out of business. Michael is indeed a good masseur and their body scrub is one of the best. Personally I support them once a month; and hope people will use their services. Their rates are very reasonable too.
