Bicycles - have this habit of whizzing past you from behind suddenly. Speed demons disliked by both motorists and pedestrains as they are on no man's land.

 

Handicapped vehicles - most of the time these people aren't handicapped, just too fat and lazy to walk. They take up space in shop cooridors, block traffic. There's even one with a very loud alarm.
