For me, it was both initially. But now at a FFMI not exceeding 21, I crave for more mass on the peripheries. However, a wide guy will always catch my attention over stocky ones. I'm always mesmerized how two persons, both with similar FFMI, can produce such contrasting visual impact.

 

Which division are you going for? Physique definitely needs way more on Proportions, Mass is definitely not the priority here.

Yeah, I used to get MuscleTech from

iherb. Cheaper when you buy 2 or more. But I prefer ON now and get the 10lb bag from Shopee.
