janamacon Posted April 3, 2025 Posted April 3, 2025 (edited) I had the same problem with progress getting stuck after a few months. Turns out I wasn’t eating enough and getting enough rest between sessions. Tracking helped a lot, and I also started following the training principles I found through DeusPower.
