SEA Games 2022 - Hanoi

SEA Games Hanoi have started action, even though officially is 12th May. Our athlete also clinched our first medal of the games - Avvir Tham Pac Lun a silver in 3m. Our girls finished 3rd in their 3m synchronized event; however no bronze was awarded to them because there were only 3 participating pairs.

Pity there's no SG representative, which is weird, considering there ought to be a healthy community of bodybuilders, so the cause must be the nomination (or lack of) OR the criteria. 🤔

Bodybuilding action is on from 13th to 15th, keep a lookout for it!

Diving not so nice to watch, the bodies all not nice except for a few.

 

And I realise our local athletes have more sportsmanship than the malaysians. 
The sg athletes will clap for the msians if they perform well or infact after every dive. The malaysians are like, cannot be bothered. It was obvious cos they were sitting close together. Just saying.

How about Teong Tzen Wei?

 

Leslie Kwok and Sng Ju Wei and Ernest Teo are prime meats who went on to get Cleo nominations. But no shirtless photos of them to see.

 

Ang Peng Siong and his own brothers also very hunky but no photos available to show.

When is bodybuilding competition? There is nothing mentioned in mewatch coverage.

Vietnam really bad in hosting SEA games. 
No live timing shown for swimming and athletics? 
Competition venue is crap.

Suddenly disqualify teams without official explanations.

And then they keep getting the scoreboards wrong in other sports (e.g. Silat) until the coaches of various countries have to pause the match and dispute the scoreboards. 
 

Thought Vietnam has progressed alot, but seems like still a backward country.

based on videos, cannot tell at all.

and then they produce some stats (reliable??) showing that sg and msia jump in too early.

coincidentally, sg & msia were first and second,

while the rest of the countries had no issue.
