Guest Insomnia
So recently I seem to have developed some weird insomnia. One night I will be dead tired and can fall asleep at 10pm then the next night I will be up awake until 2 am. Then the night after I'll be dead tired and sleep by 9 pm. Its like a cycle. Why ah
Steve5380
Maybe you love your body so much that you won't go to bed until the body tells you that it is dead tired. A solution could be that you don't spoil the body so much, but use some discipline with it. Define the best time to go to bed, and try to do this every day, tired or not. It is known that for good sleep the process should be as repetitive as possible: same bed time, same protocol (brushing teeth, washing face, putting on whatever face product, the last pee), see that home is quiet, doors locked, lights off and room as dark as possible, jump in bed in usual position, consciously try to put thoughts down into a blank mind. Good night!

Why ah Insomnia sure would happen once a while, i think it could be due to stress which you do not know.
