I tried to buy those strips from Shopee with high recommendations but one try and it caused quite a bad pain in my gums and it even bled once after teeth brushing. It doesn't have to be cheap but definitely not overpriced like those aesthetics clinics that try to force you to buy thousands of dollars of laser whitening package kind. I buy, tested the following; Sunstar Ora2 Stain Clear Toothpaste (Floral White Tea / Natural Mint / Peach Leaf Mint) 130g (Singapore) this is good. 2nd best. Arm & Hammer Advanced White (USA n cheaper) Singapore price X2 bit more ex. (Favorite & Recommended) why? Coz one of the main ingredient is baking soda which obviously make it more white.... hope this help. but if you use have sensitive tooth, use sensodyne sensitive tooth & gum.
