Somehow, within the small and limited pool of talents in Mediacorp, his acting skills has not improved very much through the years.

Actors need to have good exchanges in acting with others in order to reach new heights in performance. Such environment is sorely absent in Mediacorp. All Mediacorp actors seem to be of the same mould - forceful acting, poor expressiveness, overly local accents - it is a pain to see the local TV deteriorate to such.
