When Fann rejected the role and the old hag took over the role, it became very clear that someone else other than Dennis had to play Yu Fan. So Chen Hanwei was made to take that role. They then reshuffled Dennis to be Rui En's brother in Bryan Wong's place. Anyway, the part about Yu Fan and Zhou Weiyun's 'relationship' was added in only after Chen Hanwei and the old hag were confirmed in the roles.
