The size for the 1 bedder is not consider small, it is at least 65sqm. Cause for most 1 bedder condoin the market, size is usually only about 40-45 sqm. Only atas type of 1 bedder condo, size usually would be the same like a 2 bedder condo.

 

Even for this marina one condo is so expensive, it is only a 99-year old tenure, same like hdb flat. But the returns for this marina one is way higher than those cheaper 1 bedder condo. At least the rental is quite high if you want to rent it out, and the demand is there also.

actually since he complains about his small 'four-room' flat all the time, why the hell did he spend 1.6 million on a single-bedroom unit? 1.6mil can easily get a 2-bedder in prime locations as well (ok lah, not as prime as this one but still queenstown, stevens area bah)

 

such a show off and half declaring to people he is gay because if he is not, he would get a bigger unit so his kids would not suffer the same fate as him

I saw him face to face a no. of times many yrs ago, early 2015 or end 2014? He does look like that without facial hair. Then should be in early 40s. Now with facial hair he looks older. Anyway he looks quite gayish, one look and you can tell is PLU. Not bad looking though. He is quite openly gay and you can spot him in gay clubs, but that's many yrs ago.
