I’ve gotten back to keeping fit by going to gym religiously and I’ve noticed I am flaring with horrible Back Acne. 
 

ive noticed a lot of mates in the gym also have back acne or dried acne on shoulder or arms. 
 

how do we avoid and manage this? 
Note that I’m not even taking any protein supplements.

Few tips 

1. Always shower after workout and wear new clean tee

2. Use a bath ball to scrub away your dead skin and oil

3. Can try using MediCube (not used daily but 2-3x a week)
