I personally think horny has nothing to do with fitness level.

I eat healthy, I gym 4 times a week and cycle for few hrs almost nightly maintaining my gym fit bod but I m not horny all time.

Yes, I have morning wood but doesn't mean I m horny too.

I agree with the guys who say they are most horny because they work out. I am in my mid-40s, but I find that I'm actually just as horny now as when I was in my 20s. I am actually pretty fit now, gym 5 times a week. I think those guys who gym and pump up their muscles most will always be super horny. It's got to do with all the testosterone. We know that lifting heavy weights helps to boost testosterone so it's not wonder gym fit guys are always horny, lol.

True, working out (esp the abs and legs) can trigger the horniness.  As they matured into their mid 30s and 40s, they become more horny as they have more time for workout while those in their 20s are preoccupied in developing their career or searching for jobs.

I think it was during sec sch, JC, and NS, because those times I was just starting to explore sexually, so I was easily turned on by new things.

Also, there were no financial or career stressors during those times, so once there were no more exams (e.g. during school holidays), the mind tended to gravitate towards sexual stuff.

That being said, I think I was horniest during NS because it's the first time in my life where I was surrounded by so many guys my age. And if you are a stay-in unit, you get to see them in various stages of undress occasionally.
