transmissionsm
So far chat up with 2 tops, they said it's ok to have unprotected sex as they are on prep.. I know there are other std but definitely hiv is a concern . Question is..prep so easily available and cheap? Find it hard to believe people is just on it ..like hey if you want to meet me today and tell me you are on prep? then do they take in advance or is it effective in a short period. JamesAdmas
I have heard you need to consume it atleast for a week before it provides effective protection. But better if a healthcare professional confirms it.
keyboard
That's what I heard from AFA also. minimum 7 days for effective result. Consultation and blood test might be more expensive initially. Condom is still cheaper. https://afa.org.sg/know-more/education-series/prep/ https://www.pulse-clinic.com.sg/about https://dtapexpress.clinic/sexual-health/ https://preponline.com/product/prep-tenof-em/ Branded S$300-400/bottle Generic USD$40/bottle buy more cheaper more 6 bottles $130 (S$20-30/bottle) - so can consider cheap

According to CDC's website: For receptive anal sex (bottoming), PrEP pills reach maximum protection from HIV at about 7 days of daily use. No data are available for PrEP pill effectiveness for insertive anal sex (topping) or insertive vaginal sex. Quote Love.

simply_me
but still be careful... Coz the medications for prep is still the same as the medication for HIV. They can trick you.
MasterFitMalaySG4U
Disagreed. Even take prep must use condom. You have no idea the stranger or buddy or Friends you hardly know. Just use through out. If you bottom make sure they different move at least you see the cock still got condom. Shiok is shiok but safety is important. And then
There's regular daily Prep, and there's Prep On Demand. Prep on Demand needs to be taken at least 2 hours prior to sex. It may be a bit less effective, but may suit some situations. https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/basics/prep/on-demand-prep.html https://endinghiv.org.au/blog/prep-on-demand-dosing-guide/
doncoin
There's also a new injection for Prep- Apretude, a jab you take every other month. It is FDA-approved. In clinical trials, Apretuede was found to be more effective than oral prep pills. fetish69 1 Quote Love.
