A New York-based administrative law judge has been fired from his position after it came to light that he was also making money from a side hustle with an OnlyFans account.

There are now calls for Gregory A. Locke, 33, to be disbarred following the revelations of his x-rated account, some of which pornographic content has also been posted to Twitter.

Over the weekend, the disgraced judge seemed completely unfazed by his own fall from grace as he posted a video of himself to Instagram beaming a wide smile as he attended an Adele concert at the Caesars Palace casino in Las Vegas.

City Councilwoman Vickie Paladino, 68, has called for his disbarment following unprofessional behavior and an inappropriate tweet that was directed at her. 

Locke told her to 'choke on a d***' after she made a comment criticizing Drag Queen Story Hour in public schools and libraries.

Paladino has called the city-funded programs that bring fully-bedecked drag queens into public schools and libraries to read to and socialize with kids, often without the consent or knowledge of parents, 'cultural indoctrination' and 'child grooming.'

Following the abuse from Locke, Paladino told the New York Post that it was unacceptable for him to keep his position while working in the porn industry.

Locke was fired last Tuesday for 'unprofessional behavior.' 

'Because of a disgusting tweet this judge posted about me, we placed a complaint, the floodgates opened and he was fired,' Paladino explained. 

'This guy should lose his law license, we're in the process,' she continued.

Paladino added that Locke's behavior was corroding the people's trust in the professionalism and impartiality of legal institutions.

Locke charges $12 a month for access to his OnlyFans site which he has operated since November 2020. He also has an X-rated account on JustFor.Fans, where he charges $9.99 a month for access to his photos and videos. 

On his OnlyFans account, Locke references his day job and unprofessional behavior, and even masturbated in front of the camera while at work.

His account hosts dozens of images and videos featuring hardcore pornography.

There is even video of him apparently drinking the contents of what appear to be used condoms. 

'I was never going to focus on work if I didn't let this out,' he wrote in November 2022 before masturbating on camera.

'Guess what kind of porn I was watching in the middle of my work day during this quick orgasm break,' he said in another posting.

Locke's side gig was unknown to city officials who was completely unaware of his sordid public postings online

On his alternative Twitter account, Locke made no secret of the fact he was a judge and even boasted of the fact that he was carrying out legal duties while working in the porn industry. 

In his role as a judge, Locke was being paid $58 an hour to adjudicate parking tickets but his unprofessional behavior and inappropriate tweet directed at Paladino led to a complaint being filed against him and subsequent firing.

His antics fall foul of city's rules of conduct.

 'A city administrative law judge shall conduct all of his or her extra-judicial activities so that they do not cast reasonable doubt on the city administrative law judge's capacity to act impartially as a city administrative law judge,' and 'do not detract from the dignity of judicial office,'  the rules state. 

Paladino is now pushing for Locke to lose his law license.
