There's some studies based on what you are getting that shows overall a tertiary education will benefit you more in the longer term. Of course there are courses which set you back with big chunks of student debt and time never recovered. Should be old enough to evaluate and know if it's worth to push through, or simply, go with the flow and beeee a sheep. Works either way.

The internet has been available that makes such comparison easily accessible.

Say there's really nothing much a 500k or 1 mil difference will make in one lifetime to worry so much about. Neither makes life that more fulfilling.

For your kind consideration.

Hopefully your higher education facilities are not so corrupted as they are in America.

American private universities have become big businesses that see their students as their "clients".  The "non profit" claim of many of them has lost its meaning.  The fees they charge are absurdly high for the education they provide, and often too high for the potential gain their graduates experience from their meager education.  The money also comes from huge endowments and their administrative personnel has grown like a cancer,  often through nepotism.  Many administrators do nothing except try to get more money donated.  In contrast,  the quality of their teaching staff has declined,  there are fewer professors with tenure, and they make less money.

If it is not for the purpose of getting a degree essential to practice a profession,  like medicine,  I would try to get my advanced education in other ways, like online sources.

Probably makes more sense to be a contributing member wherever u go at work than to worry abt paper qualifications...if u can get the job done, pple will hire u to solve the problem...but if u o ly hv paper qualifications but can't get any work done...likely to get laid off soon...
