Guest What!!!!!
The aforementioned is slowly but surely becoming visible on my once-beautiful face. I can't picture myself being gradually ejected from the gay community, where I was once a popular treat. I put the blame on phony sunscreen, extreme UV conditions, the passage of time (ya!! call it aging and laugh at me), and the polluted island. the tension within. When I went to Sephora, the salesperson advised me to buy various items. Such wonder goods are a skunk & useless to me. But hold on! People often say that beauty is subjective and that inner beauty is more attractive appears to be too good to be true. Shit!!! I still require assistance. Anyone in this group who has had success getting rid of the abovementioned? So that I can continue to stand tall and proud in gay community, kindly share. Please? *Muak!* Thank you. It's through something called sylfirm X. It's not cheap. I suggest you research. But that's the treatment I went when I hit the 50 milestone. Wanted to try some beauty thing. And my colleagues are like "how come you look younger."

lean n mean
Go national skin centre. Their products works better than off the shelf ones which can only work so much because they r not prescribed stuff. If u want quick results just lazer themmoff for a couple of hundred bucks at GP clinics
radiusulnar
Double confirm national skin centre. Good treatment at Subsidized price. but take note clinic not luxe and have to wait and queue. If need fancy or impatient have to pay more at private

SuperSentai
You can buy Skinoren cream (containing 20% azelaic acid) from Guardian or Watson, dispensed by the pharmacist without needing prescription (OTC drug). 15-20% azelaic acid can effectively treat dark spots, rosacea, and hyperpigmentation. It treats rosacea by decreasing the swelling and redness of the skin. It also decreases dark spots and hyperpigmentation by inhibiting tyrosinase, which is an enzyme that produces melanin in the skin which then leads to hyperpigmentation and dark spots. It is also anti-inflammatory and has antioxidant properties. Quote 皆々様には、御機嫌麗しゅう、恐悦至極に存じ奉ります。

You can try to purchase an anti fungal cream at any pharmacy. It’s inexpensive, costing less than $7. you have to be persistent in applying. It should be gone in 2 weeks. However, even though the spots are no longer visible, you should continue applying for another week so to ensure no reoccurrence. Quote If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun. benedict5856
hi, i am also facing the same issues. Used to have flawless skin, till 2 years ago. there is a big patch on my left eye now. It spread very fast. In the past, girls will ask me what product i use. Now, they ask me what happen to my face. Went Polyclinic before, tried to ask for referral letter. Instead, the young doctor says - use sun block. thats it. i was kinda annoyed. Went to facial like Mary Chia, $200 per session, they said need to see specialist, they cant cure. Went to 2 skin specialist. clinic A - u sign this package, $5,000. if u don't, please pay consultant fees about $100. which is $550 per session. Clinic B- just located outside explanade MRT, u sign this package $1500. If u dont, u can use these white tablets for $180, else pay consultant fees. (forgot how much). Why clinic A and B is so much difference?!?!? Now, i also dunno what to do. See alot in tiktok about those asthetic clinic at $100 per session. honestly i don't mind if it works. anyone can recommend or himself is a specialist..... can PM me. Some patches are deep down into the derma you can help. The only topical is vitamin C serum from Melano, those golden tube type. It helps to dilute the coloration of the patches. Thereafter, you can conceal it with makeup BB cream to look flawless. Don't waste money on those claim to be "specialist". Many old uncles have been cheated of their savings by those "consultants". Chose the one with golden tube (on the left picture). It has several Vitamin C elements which is potent enough to penetrate into the skin to lighten your red spots within 2 weeks. Use it once a day or twice depending on your condition. Thereafter, continue to use it as maintenance. The one on the right (silver tube) is not strong. Both prices about the same (less than $20 I think), so I suggest you choose the gold tube one.

Even if your dark spot no longer curable, it helps to prevent them from spreading. Vitamin C serum has good property to rejuvenate, repair and rebuild your dead cells at derma level. It is 2nd best to Tretinoin product and not sensitive to your skin.

I use the silver tube instead as the gold tube contains citrus (grapefruit and lemon) extract. Citrus does not belong in skincare, according to this dermatologist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xFtDGZpmCcc&t=206s Quote 皆々様には、御機嫌麗しゅう、恐悦至極に存じ奉ります。

If you are a younger man, the dark on your face is mostly likely hyperpigmentation caused by acne scars. The fastest and most efficient way to lighten melasma and acne scars are lasers which could only be performed by doctors (ie, aesthetic doctors or dermatologist). I usually go to the latter. There are many types of laser, I find CO2 Fractional Lasers to be the most effective. You can see drastic results after 1 session. The cons are downtime and cost. Down time could be 4-5 days. Cost is around $500-$600. Don’t bother with expensive product like SKII or SkinCeutical, they are more for maintenance which you could use AFTER the laser sessions. Care to share where u go for the laser? Can pvt me.

Guest Tried n Tested
The serum works for me after one month of uses, lightened my dark patchy area and makes me feel like it no longer there. To stop or reduce back acnes, try Castile soap (any brand), gentle yet powerful to remove excess oil and dead skin built up. My back acne has improved so much after I started using this type of soap. To lighten scars, try products with retinoids. But it’ll take some time, so need to be patient. kidster
