Baloo Posted January 19, 2009 Report Share Posted January 19, 2009 This year? all the same ... from the same factory... all reduce cost, reduce ingredients... reduce quality...Those who stay same quality raise prices... and subsequently, the disloyal customer go buy the cheep cheep one... good quality also become bad quality... next round, reduce quality and price...go walk around... crowded places, two shops sell same thing... one will be everybody there bargain and dealing like mad... the other swatting fly... yet the items are similar... is it the fengshui thing? or lousy marketing skill of the stallholder?I'd personally recommend to wait till Sunday to go Chinatown... see how many set fire to their stall to claim insurance...how many more start cut-throat prices to recouperate losses and clear stock.
