Yes, oral sex is a risk for infection.  Precum can be infectious, as much as the cum.  This is why we should avoid them as much as possible.  And it is not only their presence, but also their volume and other factors.  If one gets cummed in one's mouth, then the best is to immediately spit it out, as much as possible.
