I had "psychoanalysis" as a young man and it did not help at all. What helps us is to pay attention to cultivate our self-love, self-esteem, control of our emotions, and take much awareness of our moments of happiness, like while having a blowjob. Being able to remember our moments, our feelings of happiness and then being able to conjure them when they can help, is a formula for success.
