Revolution: Spinning Classes

Just wanted to find out if anyone has recommendations of which trainer is good for a newbie to join.

Tried out Vincent's class recently and I must say that his classes are well paced and quite friendly for beginners. He also gives options so that we feel safe and included in the class. I believe he just started teaching recently too.

 

Or you can try out Cass or Cat's classes, they are great too.

Do you go with friends? I tried two classes and everyone seems to be in cliques!
