It’s basically fenced up from the bus interchange side all the way down, and the park is pitch dark inwards after the short bridge from across some club or restaurant.

Yes, recently seen a few park rangers and also 2 police patrolling late night.

 

Avoid roaming at night there. Tampines Eco Park is better and more conducive.

Yes, I've seen police patrolling Pasir Ris park at night. To catch illegal fishing and maybe to check on overnight campers (?)

Btw, I just realised the Boulevard East park beside Eco is finally open! Not many trees which makes it quite windy at night to stroll...
