You'll be sharing the apartment with two others, one gay, and the other gay-friendly guy who uses his room in the day as his office. Your room comes furnished with a single bed and mattress, study table and chair and a storage chest. Room includes steady mesh-enabled wifi. Electric and water bills shared among tenants. Cooking is not possible but the shared kitchenette has fridge and microwave for storage and reheating food. Available to view this weekend. Available from mid-January onwards.
