XanderS Posted April 28, 2024 Posted April 28, 2024 Just looking for tips to add in some exercise into my daily routine. Currently in uni, so it's hard to find time or the money to go to the gym and do weight training. Are there any small ways to add in bits of exercise or weight training into my routine? I've tried climbing stairs and opting to walk instead of public transport, but I feel like my upper body isn't getting much work. Quote

Resistance Bands Affordable and convenient 3. Dumbbells 4. Swimming + hand paddles For lower body, besides climbing stairs, you can also consider jumping rope and sprinting. AskMeNot Posted April 29, 2024 Posted April 29, 2024 You can try swimming too. It is a full body workout. 🙂 Quote
thimas Posted April 29, 2024 Posted April 29, 2024 There's an app called Home Workout in the App/Play Store called 30 Days Home Workout Challenge. I suggest you check that out. It helped me stay fit and in shape. Quote
Alibaba789258 Posted April 29, 2024 Posted April 29, 2024 (edited) I am switching my gym to Resistance Band Training. You may explore this! Besides Excercise, you may try to adjust your diet too. I think it plays quite an important part. I think below are good reference. Edited April 29, 2024 by Alibaba789258 XanderS and GCONG 1 1 Quote
blueduck Posted April 29, 2024 Posted April 29, 2024 I only repeat 3 exercise, no equipment, no tiring at all and no taking time. But have to do fasting or intermittent fasting. The result can be seen in one month. See my profile pic for the result Carpark B, XanderS and Alibaba789258 1 2 Quote traveling around Greater Jakarta Traditional Massage
Derren Posted April 30, 2024 Posted April 30, 2024 Can also consider getting the TRX-type suspension system from Decathlon. XanderS 1 Quote
bwf15 Posted June 17, 2024 Posted June 17, 2024 Our body weight can also be used for weights training over equipment in the gym. Exercises like push up use your body weight. This is for strength training. For Cardio, there are swimming, running, HIIT, etc. Flexibility will need stretch exercises. Includes food intake balancing to the routine as well. Try out and see which are the ones you like. Quote
