xavierr Posted October 21, 2024 Posted October 21, 2024 Hey. Looking to eat healthier here, but I have no time to cook as I commute for about an hour on the green line from home to work. Any recommendations for healthy food options along the greenline? For reference, I am 177 65, trying to bulk up more muscle but unsure what to eat Quote
strategicthrust Posted October 21, 2024 Posted October 21, 2024 (edited) The green line spans the whole length of sg leh. You might wanna be more specific if you want recommendations lol If you're looking to up your protein intake, here're some food options which may help. (But idk if that's what you meant by eating healthier). Foodcourt options: 1. chicken rice breast meat add meat. 2. Western food chicken chop (remove the skin), don't eat all the fries 3. Korean stall hotplate chicken/beef Basically the idea is to buy meaty options - you can choose not to finish the carbs / unhealthy sides if they come with the dish Mr Bean soy milk less sugar / 0 sugar gives one of the best protein to dollar ratio for food you can buy easily outside Edited October 21, 2024 by strategicthrust Quote
