Gyms in Bendemeer / Kallang area

Hello folks - my company is shifting premises to the Bendemeer / Boon Keng / Kallang vicinity soon. Any recommendations for gyms in that area? Am currently with FF but probably will switch to some place near office instead. Thanks!

There is a AF Boon Keng at Lavender Street. Quite near to 2 MRT stations.

It felt very spacious to me but it has 2 levels so have to climb up and down if your next set uses equipment on the other floor.

I was guested to a AF along Lavender Street before. It's multi-storey so it's huge!

But 2 prata places and 1 roast meat shop within 100 metres...
