Why does this format frequently occur?

I notice it happens occasionally for me. There is no design on the page, just words aligned left. (Unable to attach photo. will do so someday)

Try clearing your pc's buffer/screen memory? Close all Apps not in use!

I encountered this too but think is due to BW website is down. Once is fully up, everything will be back to normal.
