Onsite PC cleaning / tune-ups

Hello lovely people,

 

can anyone recommend a pc cleaning service that’s onsite? I think my pc is due for a clean up.

Do you mean physical clean up as in open up the box and clear the dust, or clean up the OS and software? 

 

For both items, the fastest way to do it is to buy a new PC. 😅

If you're up for it, it should be quite an easy DIY project. Just a bottle of compressed air, elbow grease and a little time to clean up the PC?

tbh I a bit scared- I have the electronic touch of death. When I tried it once I accidentally fried my previous pc with static electricity.

i dont recall in my whole life have to clean up PC

This is a valid concern. I too have alot of static electricity and have accidentally ruined some RAM memory sticks because of this. 

 

When I'm in the shopping mall and happen to touch the metal part of the hand rail while going up the escalator, sometimes I get zapped. 

 

Friends have tapped me on my shoulder and they got zapped. Since it's near my ear, I could hear the popping sound.

 

That said, I don't think it's required to do a physical clean up of a PC.
