Instagram Suspended And Disabled My Instagram And Facebook Account

Hi everyone, I need your help!

 

My Instagram account was suspended and disabled by META on 6 August 2025.

 

They accused me of not following their Community Standards on sexualization of children.

 

I was requested to make an appeal if I think they have made a mistake in disabling my account before 1 February 2026.

 

So I made an appeal on the very same day, but was immediately rejected without any further explanation!!

 

Both my Facebook and Facebook Messenger were also disabled on the very same day as they're all linked.

 

Meta claimed that I was not following their Community Standards and suspended and disabled my account due to "sexualization of children".. How could I possibly do that when some of my own family members are my Instagram followers as well. 

 

I also found out that this happen to many thousands of people around the world as well since few years ago due to their AI glitch.. and some have gotten their account back after Meta mistakenly disabled their account.

 

And its sudden inaccessibility has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration with many years of my family and friends photos, postings and memories of 15 to 16 years since 2009 are all gone just like that. 

 

I've emailed them a few times but till now, there's no response or reply from them.. I know it's kinda useless coz they don't usually reply as they have millions of Instagram users all around the world.

 

So I was hoping if someone could help or anyone who's working in META or knows anyone working in META could help me restore both my Instagram and Facebook accounts.

@FunLoving I suspect is more like ur account being compromised… think good to set up 2FA in the event if needs to create a new account, and monitor login activity. 

 

 

How to check login activity

FB: Settings > Security > Where You’re Logged In

IG: Settings > Security > Login Activity

Remove unfamiliar devices.

 

Turn on login alerts

FB: Settings > Security > Get alerts about unrecognized logins.

IG: Notifications for suspicious logins.
