Wondering how many of us at certain point in our fitness journey going through stagnation… maintaining the physique but not really progressing, the only thing is still going to gym and hope that spark will suddenly come back again.. 

 

For those who’ve been through it… 

what helped you push past that stagnation and keep going?

I read that the rate of gains will slow down the longer you have consistently trained. To make gains at that stage you have to make sure training, nutrition and rest are optimum. Even then the gains wil be much slower.

 

Will be good to hear from those who have a breakthrough.

1. Identify your goals (apparently different from when you first started)

2. Tailor your training plans to achieve your goals (different from earlier programme because goals are different)

3. Monitor and record your progress to spur yourself on.
