Haha as long u sweat everytime u gym run swim hike walk or outdoor fun sex shower hotel fun sex haha and cool down in spa or ice bath or etc or let me show or invite u haha And let me tell u honestly compare my DEFINED bod then ones I meet who eat so mf healthy, mine is way better they still have that bodyfats....haha So don't overthink or insecure u knnow your body and limit....
