We know that in most developed countries, the elderly are going to be a large population so there is going to be a big demand for elder care services and having guys double up as PTs will help allow our elders to stay fit and healthy. juicyass Posted March 3 Posted March 3 It is a long hour and very physically demanding work. I have seen caregivers' job scope and it is not as easy as carrying elders to one place to another. There's a lot of health issue of the patient we have to take into account - bed sores cleaning, feeding, physical therapy, etc. If this job was compensated well, I believe a lot of man, regardless with muscles or no, would apply for it. Sadly, not many people could afford the price of having caregiver for at least 12 hours job. Quote
