Not sure, coz tht ones is few years back. Nowadays mostly go to nude resort at Bali there, u know Au Naturel Resort at Bali there, it's a nude resort, naked only within the hotel vicinity. Everyone there is naked man or woman, police wont catch because its license hotel resort.

fully naked so far only hear some manage to do it at some car park indoor area...
