Seeking experienced Point of Sales(POS) Product Line Leader -Salary $6000 to $7500

Urgently seek experienced   POS(point of sales)  product line Leader with a strong technical background to comprehensively enhance and optimize the market competitiveness of our existing POS products. To lead a team focused on system performance improvement, feature optimization, technology upgrades, and customer implementation, driving product iteration and business growth.

 

Job Responsibilities :-

 

* Gain a deep understanding of customer and end-user needs, driving continuous optimization and technical improvements to the existing POS system to enhance performance, stability, and user experience.

* Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of existing and new projects.

* Coordinate technical implementation with market strategies to improve product competitiveness, adoption rate, and business value.

* Participate in POS system planning and version management, ensuring smooth implementation of feature upgrades and meeting business and market demands.

* Lead product development and support the achievement of user growth, market performance, and revenue targets.

 

 

Job Requirements :-

* Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
* Solid technical skills with experience in POS system development, deployment, optimization, and maintenance;
* Familiarity with the POS, retail, F&B, or payment industries, understanding of product implementation processes and market operation models, and the ability to effectively translate technical solutions into commercial value;
* Experience in cross-functional team management, leading teams to drive technological upgrades and product iterations;
* Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, highly responsible for business results, and driven by profitability and user value.

 

 Salary Structure:

* Competitive monthly salary: SGD $6,000 – $7500 (depending on experience and ability)

* Medical allowance: Fixed monthly payment of 2% of base salary

* Monthly performance bonus : Up to 20% of base salary per month, assessed based on individual and team performance
 

Office hours 8am to 6pm -Monday to Friday
