radiusulnar Posted March 8 Posted March 8 I managed to workout today after a long break since 31 dec in the meantime. I also lost about 3+ kg.  It was a real struggle today. 😠Even though i already adjusted the working weights down.  Anyone had similar experience of a 2+ month break? How long before you got back to where you were before the break? So demoralizing. Quote
blackswan Posted May 23 Posted May 23 (edited) I believe it's easier to get back into your previous body shape and condition because your body does remember how it's like. So if you kick-start your workouts again, try to activate your nervous system in the same way. Of course, take it easy and gradually build up to higher weights/reps. Perhaps take some protein and workout supplements to complement muscle growth. Have confidence it will gradually come back over time! Â Good luck! Edited May 23 by blackswan Quote

If u r so prone to injuries, then better to stick to light weights high rep. Strength slowly. Get a friend to check your form too. Quote
