Telegram doesn't seems to work when using Malaysia network or does it?

Is this the latest development? Last I checked, it was still working for me.

The Malaysian tele group that I am in still have active messages from people so it looks to me that it's working fine

maybe the hotel wifi blocks telegram. my telegram does not get updated.
