Social partner can. Sex partner cannot. 

 

I heard a story about a woman who was sent to A&E with a dog that was stuck to her. Apparently once inside, dog penises can swell and lock into a hole.

My neighbours all meet up almost daily when we meet at the dog park with our dogs, especially during the COVID period. We formed group chats, celebrate each other's dogs birthdays, deaths, and other milestone events. It really is a great way to socialise and meet.
