Even as a photographer or painter, doesn't give you automatic rights to go adjust the nude model especially placement of his privates. You have to verbally explain till there come a point where you seek permission to assist by hands on. Without the model consent it still a no go.

Noticed you do naked yoga. So what is the practice, do you each have your own towel to practice on or just your own yoga mat?
