Kimochi Posted May 3 Posted May 3 Best exercise in the world. Exercise whole body, can be cardio can be explosive, can massage by water, get nice tan and vitamin D which is damn crucial for all living things and plants, and yes lower impact than other exercises. But again , need to start slow / warm up as any exercises will create injury. T Gunner 1 Quote

Cruiser123 Posted May 7 Posted May 7 (edited) At times I like to swim in a deep blue sea. Can also lay my back and keep me afloat. It feels like i am in the cradle of a gigantic arms, the relaxation and balancing of my body and the sea’s buoyancy make it so great that I could let go all the unhappiness and adversities I encountered. At times it does float my worries away too. The ocean doesn’t judge, it just listens. Edited May 7 by Cruiser123 Nivek and Man2MenCurious 2 Quote

I tried that a few times during snorkeling trips overseas—it’s scary and overwhelming and unnerving for me, on the other hand! It was exciting for a short while and then I just wanted to finish up and get back to the shallows or back up on the boat! Quote
