Yes, sometimes cruisy, sometimes dead. I've experienced both. It depends on your luck when you go. Cruising times are after the sun sets until closing. Maybe you can go an hour early to recce the place first.

The park is quite big so there's no fix spot. Just go during the suggested time window and start walking around while giving eye contact. Stick to areas where it's dark and got people loitering.

yeah seems the group got restricted somehow so you gotta use other work arounds like another version of telegram called 'Telegram X' for android users, a bot on telegram called nicegram and for ios i think you have to go to telegrams web version first then there is a setting in privacy section called 'sensitive content' to switch on then it syncs back to the ios version.

Hey, thank you so much for your troubleshooting tips for iOS. It worked and I can access it on my phone again. But somehow on Telegram Web, it is still restricted or not displayed. But no worries. As long as can access on phone I'm happy ady haha.

Think the web version needs the nicegram bot to get the group functional again, can't be sure on it.

Admin of the group has actually made a new group because of it getting restricted. Gave a link in the new group to share to invite.
