There's a catch-22 situation where Singapore rules say second generation PR must serve National Service. While at the same time, Indonesia rules say Indon citizens are not allowed to serve on foreign military service. I remember last time there was news about a few Indonesians who were arrested when they went back to Indonesia after having done NS. Has this situation been addressed? Quote
