Registration issue

Hi,

 

I tried to register using all three platform, Google chrome, edge and firefox but I kept getting stuck at the loading page. After keying in my birthday, it just kept loading. After I refresh the page, I was allowed to enter username, password etc, but when I click submissive, it started loading forever again. Also, I can't remember if I register before and I can't never get through the security at the forget password page.

 

Please help.

also, the issue about clicking the previous page or next page button is unresponsive since weeks ago. nothing has been afixed.
