For me i have a thing for hands:

I would rather if you use the term kink/fetish. Because fetish has its own definition.

 

A kink enhances an encounter or adds excitement, whereas a fetish is often a strict requirement or specific object focus needed to reach climax.

 

For your number 2, isn't it just called edging session? Edging is not very unusual though.
