Search not working

Is the search functionality not working properly in BW? I am getting the following request even at first attempt of the day many times

If the forum search function doesn't work, you can search in Google website like this:

Wont work for everything, especially if you are doing a member search

1. We will throttle the Search
- when too many search are done in quick succession.  

- too many people are using search simultaneously.

 

2. Suggest you lay off for some time and then re-try again.

I have tried 2-3 times each day, at different times. If that much load cannot be handled then it seems, its serious degradation of service. Just FYI

Oh my post was not to complain. But if there is some component of service that is not maintained in house, its good to be reminded. The service is free to members of the site, but the one maintaining the site is definitely paying for it. And its best they are cognizant ( unless they know already  🙂)
