I'm the owner and only occupant of a 2-bedder unit with 2 bathrooms in a condo near Boon Keng MRT. I'm planning to rent out the common room and the adjacent bathroom will primarily be used by you since I have my own master bedroom with attached bathroom.

Renovation is scheduled for first 2 weeks of November. Ideal to move in from 1 Dec 2026 and onwards. Can coordinate for earlier move-in.

The room will be refurbished with new paint, new flooring, new wardrobe, new single bed and mattress.

The adjacent bathroom is exclusive to tenant and will be refurbished with new toilet bowl, new basin, new vanity top, new shower screen and new shower head.

I intend to price at $1300 which includes: 

1. Water for showering, washing, drinking, light cooking

2. Electricity for lighting, shower heater, fan, computer and laptop/mobile phone charging 

3. Use of Wifi

4. Use of washing machine (incl. detergent)

5. Use of kitchen and multi purpose steam oven for light cooking (no pan and deep frying), dining

6. Use of indoor shoe cabinet 

7. Use of balcony for laundry drying 

8. Washing of bathroom and sweeping/mopping of room floor at least once a week

 

Note: $100 rebate if tenant willing to perform #8 and keep his bathroom and room clean.

 

Surcharges apply for:

a) Electricity for aircon

b) Top up for Netflix subscription
