Hi, I'm renting out a condo common room at Kovan with own bath. 

Clothes-optional (free the balls!)

Live with me (sexy but not nudist)

Guests/hosting allowed (no overnights)

1.5k (includes utilities, Aircon, occasional cleaning)

Earliest move in from Dec.

I recently rented out my spare room too. 

 

Used to nude sleep alone at home (room not rented out) and move around inside house nude too. 

 

Now change to wear shorts movement at home. My new 20s tenant (have gf) also only wear shorts and freeball too (no wearing of underwear) in the house. Need to get used to each other style of living but I guess boy-boy not much issues bah.

 

Army days, many sleep nude or with underwear only too. Some even walk nude (swinging left and right) to bathroom for morning washing up or noon & night bathing, totally normal and don't have any shyness at all. Really real men in NS (no signs of boy immature or girlish pattern). Initially not used to but soon used to different comrades style of nude living in the NS bunk. I realised then many boys or guys do sleep nude or wear underwear only at home. That is also I follow most and started sleep nude or underwear during NS, feel pretty good and healthy. One good point of sleeping or simply nude is wearing uniform during fall-in or turn-out is super duper real fast, kinda amazing during NS time.

 

Many couples sleep in nude or underwear (husband) & lingerie or panty (wife) together too. Pretty healthy.

 

I also realised many girls go JB for total nude massage too, whether alone or with ladies friends or with bf or husband. Girls seems to enjoy being fully nude to be massage too. More daring and know what they wanted than many boys haha.

Will nudist/naturalist feel weird/awkward If other housemates are clothed in undies or more layers. 

 

Am open to renting to nudist but I do not feel comfortable without minimally my own undies on (not because I am shy to be naked, just cleaner I feel). Though I'm ok to see others naked at home. (My room is available, details above, PM me)

 

Currently, I sometimes feel awkward as my tenant is fully clothed while I want to be in undies.

Me being bi and my hot str brother we always walk ard our condo in undies but if we need to say change we just strip as if we are at a hotel when traveling or if there's nothing personal whilst changing we don't even close our bedroom doors ...we sleep in our undies seldom nude just out of preference unless we have some hot ppl over for some hot fun ...just prefer to wear CK whites esp at home!

For me, as a naturalist, I don't feel weird or awkward. Had gay friends over for for chit chat. I naked, they clothed.

Must emphasis that renting out room means must exercise mutual and basic respect and privacy regardless of tenant's orientation (make it simply landlord-tenant relationship is best).

 

Do not do anything against other's comfort and agreement or anything illegal. Just like yourself wanted to be respected or own privacy, same applies to tenants and others.

 

Always get one's agreement or approval in sexual stuffs or activities whether for Straight, Bi, LGBT etc - applies to all types regardless of orientation.

Agree ... better to be upfront esp house rules eg bringing strangers back, rent in exchange for fun etc

Im also renting out same as yours but seems hard to find Like-minded people
