happily Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Review on punggol safra E1 gym Travel there via LRT WEST LOOP To SAM KEE, at punggol LRT station. cross over the road around one min , walk up to the centre area u will see a staircase , the gym is at lvl 4 which is one level above . which can be seen at the left. Once u enter u will see the counter , the changing room is behind the counter. The layout was spread that the right side is the weights area, facing the greenery are cardio machines and the middle section is the life fitness machines. Equipment wise mostly similar to mount faber (MF) E1, on the far left there is a trx, punching bag, battle ropes, plus workout rings , jump boxes For the cardio area 14 treadmills and the others cycling machines. For the weights area machines are mostly similar to MF . There are 2 squat racks with 2 barbells in each rack, one smith bench press . 2 bench press, 1 inclined 1 declined bench press. 6 adjusted benches , 1 declined bench , 1 standing preacher , two ez bar one straight bar weight plated. DIVA even weighting dumbbells ranging from 2kg to 50 kg one weight one pair, others are those weight plated machines. A total of 158 lockers , more than 10 shower room , a steam room and Jacuzzi. For those who like to swim or tan, sadly there is no swimming pool in safra punggol only the children water theme park. However I asked one of the staff (not from the gym I guess as he wear a different color safra Polo t )he mentioned that years to come the activesg swimming pool (one of the integrated hub like what tampines is currently under going)will be build opposite it thus maybe can link from the gym to there. For those who are interested in the steam room , it looks like tpy one , but smaller i guess , however the steam came out from the inner left once u enter, and the location is such that going to the shower room, toilet cubicle have to walk pass outside the room and from the majority lockers can see who going in and out.jacuzzi is beside the steam room warm water Dashy_Boy and yuquidam 2 Quote
