Guest are welcome occasionally but overnight guest need to inform me 1st. Use of fridge & kitchen for simple cooking are ok. Use of washer 1-2x weekly are OK. Can use the tv in hall anytime. I am staying alone so only both of us occupy the house. U have ur own bathroom and toilet. Electric & water bill between sgd3-sgd30/m depending on your usage.
