craze Posted October 7, 2010 Report Share Posted October 7, 2010 i think it quite a good idea, if the pay and incentives is good, everything is planned, why not just try? but there might be cultural differences and shocks though, like education system etc for your child... BEST to be discussed with your family first.The SIP (Suzhou industrial park) is quite developed also, was there for awhile working... Is there an option for you to return to Singapore?I know of a friend's friend whom has stationed there for about 5~10 years. He got married with kids over there. He is thinking of returning to Singapore when his child reach schooling age. However, it seems that there are no position in Singapore plant for him. Thus, if he insist in coming home. He may be forced to quit his job & look for a new one. I knew of a few people in this type of situation as him. Sad to say.
